WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF PRE-K and EARLY CHILDHOOD AT LEBANON CUSD #9
At Lebanon Elementary, we believe that every child is capable of learning and succeeding! Our Early Childhood/Pre-K program is a free half day inclusive program were we foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our goal is to celebrate the whole child and promote kindergarten readiness. Through the implementation of the PreSchool for All Grant, our lessons align with the Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards.

Differentiated, multisensory, hands-on, small-group instruction

Working closely with related services, allowing us to target Speech and Language, Fine Motor, and Gross Motor skills daily

PRE-K team wins the Gold Circle of Quality Award at Lebanon CUSD #9
Lebanon CUSD #9 Early Childhood program has achieved the Gold Circle of Quality from ExceleRate Illinois, a state quality rating and improvement system for licensed child care. The district earned this recognition by meeting the system’s set of standards focusing on early learning and development. Assessors score the program they are reviewing during on-site visits and awards are granted based on those scores. The Gold Circle of Quality earned by the program is the highest attainable achievement.
