JrH Boys/JrH Girls Basketball and JrH Cheerleading parent, player and coach meeting is Tuesday Sept 17th at 7:00 in the LES Gym.
If your son or daughter is planning on playing, please attend.
To tryout all players must have a current physical, Hold Harmless form, athletic handbook form, concussion form and athletic trainer consent to treat form on file with the school. Sports fee is $40
Practice and tryouts for all 3 will begin Monday, October 7, 2019. Practice and tryout times will be available at the meeting
Go to www.lebanonsports.org and click on the athletic forms tab at the top to print of copies of the forms to turn in. The athletic trainer consent form is not downloaded yet but can be picked up and signed at the meeting.
