Good morning Lebanon CUSD #9 - Just a reminder that all Kindergarten, second grade, sixth grade and ninth grade students and all NEW students entering District #9 will need to have a current physical/immunizations for the 24-25 SY. Physicals and shot records are due by September 1, 2024 to the school nurse.
