Hello. Just a reminder that we will still be having meal pick up today, Monday 18th and also our final meal pick up will be next week on Tuesday 26th. Due to construction at the High School, meal pick up will be in the back of school next to the bicycle racks from 8:00-noon and the elementary meal pick up will be in the same location 8:00-Noon. PreK-5th grade any remaining locker bags will also be available outside for pick up. Thank you.

Happy Friday! Reminder that today will be locker bag pick up, Chromebook drop off, textbook return and remote learning turn in at High School Commons until noon for 6th grade and anyone else in junior and senior high. This will be last call to turn in all materials for the end of the school year. We will also have an evening time of 5:30-7:30 pm tonight for anyone else grades 6-12th for pick up and drop off in the commons. We also have pre-k, 4th and 5th grade locker bag material pick up until noon at LES gym today. Anyone else that hasn’t already pick up their material please do so today. Hello. Just a reminder that today, will be sophomores and freshman locker bag pick up, Chromebook drop off, turn in all remote learning materials and drop off text book all just inside the High School commons back doors until noon. Stay healthy!

Just a reminder, that today Seniors and Juniors will be picking up their locker bags, dropping of any remote learning remaining and turning in your Chromebooks in the back of the High School commons from 8:00-noon. Happy Monday! Just a Reminder, that this morning we have weekly meal pick up until 10:00am in Lebanon and 9:30 in Summerfield. We will be offering weekly meals throughout the month of May. Please come take advantage of the free meal program. Stay healthy. Mr. Keeney

Reminder we have meal pick up tomorrow, Monday 11th from 8:00-10:00am at Lebanon High School, Elementary School and at Summerfield Fireman’s Hall from 9:00-9:30. We will also have locker bag pick ups, Chromebook drop off and remote packet returns this week each day 8:00-Noon beginning Tuesday. Seniors and Juniors, Tuesday May 12th please pick up your locker materials that have already been bagged and labeled with your name behind the commons, you can also drop off Chromebooks and packets in the same location. Sophomores and Freshman, your day for the same will be Wednesday 13th, 8th and 7th grade, Thursday 14th, 6th grade Friday 15th. We will also have a late night time of 5:30-7:30 also Friday 15th. Final day to turn in remote packets will be this Friday. Seniors, remember to email a pick up time for your diploma for Saturday 16th at ljackson@LCUSD9.org Thank you!

Hello. Due to the limit of numbers of people and other state mandates we have rescheduled Senior and 8th grade graduations. We know that this is a very special milestone and are making every effort to have a regular graduation. We appreciate being flexible as state guidelines change daily. Our new graduation date is Saturday, July 25 at Noon for Seniors and 3:00pm for 8th graders. Seniors, we will be handing out your diplomas individually on Saturday, May 16 beginning at 2:00pm outside the commons. We will have 5 minute slots and you will be allowed to have a maximum of 10 family members present. We will have a Lebanon back drop for pictures. Please wear your cap and gown. You will be able to grab your diploma, move your tassel and get your picture with the Lebanon CUSD #9 back drop. Then return home and celebrate your great achievement. Seniors, you will need to email Mrs. Jackson for your diploma pick up time. Please send an email to ljackson@lcusd9.org for an appt. time.

Hello. We will begin final remote learning packet drop offs, Chromebook turn in, and locker bag pick up next week. We will schedule dates and times due to the state number requirements. Tuesday, May 12, Senior and Junior times will be 8-noon in the back of the Commons for Chromebook drop off, turn in remote learning packet and pick up your locker material bag. Wednesday, May 13, Sophomore and Freshman will be 8-noon for the same drop off/pick ups. Thursday, May 14, 8th and 7th grade times are 8-noon,. Friday, May 15, 6th and anyone else remaining. We will also offer a night pick up & drop off time Friday, May 15 from 5:30-7:00pm. Elementary teachers will also have K & 1st (who didn’t get theirs already), 2nd and 3rd grade locker pick up during meal pick up on Monday, May 11, from 8-10:00am. You may drop off packets also if completed. Then 4th and 5th pick up their locker bags on Friday, May 15, 8-10:00am. All final work is due by Friday, May 15. Thank you
