This Thursday October 5th we will have our Block Out Cancer Night at our HS Volleyball game vs Dupo at 6:00 pm. The volleyball team will be selling cookies for donations, having a 50/50 drawing and recognizing and honoring those who are currently fighting cancer or have passed due to cancer. Fans are encouraged to wear pink if possible. All money that is raised that night will be combined with our cancer event that will take place in January at a high school boys basketball game and be given to a local community member who is fighting cancer. Anyone who would like to make a donation can do so by sending it to the High School office and put attention Volleyball Cancer Night or you can make a donation that night at the game. We appreciate your support for this cause. If you have any questions please email me at ccruthis@lcusd9.org
